Go-Live at HCS Depot – Trucking Company Update Q3.2026
Hi Trucking Community,
We’re happy to let you know that your drivers can now also use passify at the HCS (Hamburger Container Service GmbH) depot.
What your drivers need to keep in mind:
- If your drivers aren’t using the passify app yet, they’ll first need to download it from the Play Store or App Store, register, and verify their account with an ID document.
- Before their first visit to HCS, they must accept the access guidelines in the app.
The process at the depot then works as follows:
- Log in to the passify app.
- Select the HCS depot in the “Terminals” tab. (If not already done, accept the access guidelines to be allowed to enter the depot.)
- Check-in at the depot.
- A QR code will be provided in the app. Show this QR code on-site to complete the handling.
- Once handling is complete, end the visit by tapping “Check-Out” in the top-right corner of the app.
